General Steamship's Alan Miciano delivering the Maiden Voyage Plaque for the CSL Balto. The Balto was recently commissioned by Klaveness Ship Management. The vessel is owned by Torvald Klaveness Ship Management and operated by CSL International. The current captain is Master Khravic June J. Stichon.

The Balto is a self-discharging bulk carrier built in 2013 with a deadweight tonnage of 71,500.
